Radio702: 2014-08-31 Hearingloss & Hearing Problems

Quereshini Naidoo interviewed: Prof. De Wet Swanepoel, Communication Pathology, University of Pretoria

Hearing-loss today is mainly caused by either listening to far too loud noises or music or also the effects from Microwave radiation dues to cell phones, cellphone towers, Wi-Fi, DECT cordless phones, Bluetooth devices and other electronic gadgets - especially if they are using Microwave frequencies in the range of 300MHz to 300GHz.

The content does not matter that much it is more the (pressure) levels on the eardrums and the type of electromagnetic pollution/radiation one is exposed to.

Tinnitus is often a by-product of such problems.

I find it very strange that Prof. De Wet Swanepoel did not mention Electromagnetic Pollution/Radiation this in one word during his talk about Hearing loss and early problems.
